The Kallepeia Community Council has both completed and planned projects which aim mainly to the development of the community and the improvement of its residents’ quality of life. Cited below are the projects that have been completed in addition to those which have been planned to be made.

Completed projects:

• Beautification of the square. Formation of the space aiming to host events. Renovation of the Church which is also built at the square, as well as construction of a Monument for the Heroes, the people of letters and the benefactors of Kallepeia.
• Offices for the Community Council have been bought and operated. A full time employee has been hired to provide the best of services to the residents.
• The old Youth Centre has been renovated and reopened.
• A playground has been created.
• Three greenery parks have been created in addition to large flower gardens on the streets which lead to the centre of the community.
• The road network and lighting have been expanded to cover the entire village.
• A cleaning campaign has been conducted, and therefore the entire village of Kallepeia shines of cleanliness.
• An excursion site has been created at the location ‘Kalamos’, which is situated at a distance of 3 kilometres from the centre of the community.
• The official webpage of the community has also been created.

• Maintenance of a stone-built Popular Art building.
• Maintenance of the old Children’s Home and transformation of it into a services unit.
• Maintenance of the Churches (Ancient Monuments) of Timios Stavros, Agios Theodoros and Agios Gennadios.
• Lining of all concrete made walls of the community with stone.
• Creation of a Nature’s Path linked to the excursion site.
